Construction Update: Art Island Rammed Earth Walls
Construction on the first ramed earth wall at El Gouna’s Art Island is progressing, with a villa mock-up to be completed in 2-3 months. The unique design integrates landscapes within the villas, featuring courtyards and water bodies. Oriented East-West, these walls enhance sustainability and protect against strong winds.

Construction Begins at Blackstone’s New European Headquarters
