Raising the roof provided Studio Seilern with an opportunity to challenge the conventional perception of a concert hall as a closed, inward-facing space. By introducing natural light and creating visual connections with the surrounding landscape, the design allows passers-by to glimpse inside while the audience enjoys world-class performances against the stunning backdrop of the mountains, changing with the seasons.
